6月8日上午,教育部中國(guó)教育國(guó)際交流協(xié)會(huì)綜合項(xiàng)目部副主任鄭小勇與美國(guó)環(huán)球健康管理有限責(zé)任公司董事長(zhǎng)蘇樂(lè)珂來(lái)我院進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)和洽談合作項(xiàng)目。學(xué)院黨委書(shū)記韓祝疇、院長(zhǎng)袁陵南、副院長(zhǎng)陳禮民及對(duì)外交流合作處有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人熱情接待了來(lái)賓。

Mr. Zheng Xiaoyong, who works as the Deputy Director in the Department of Cooperation Projects of China Education Association for International Exchange, and Mr. Kirk Soileau, CEO of Global Health Management Corp. L.L.C., visited HNFLPE on June 8. The two met with College’s Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Han Zhuchou, the President, Mrs. Yuan Lingnan, and the Vice President, Mr. Chen Limin at the Office Building. Related principals of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department also attended the meeting.

韓祝疇書(shū)記首先對(duì)到訪友人表示熱烈的歡迎，并向他們介紹了我院發(fā)展歷史、師資力量、辦學(xué)設(shè)施等基本情況。他指出，在海南建設(shè)國(guó)際旅游島的重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇下，我院緊密結(jié)合海南國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)對(duì)“外語(yǔ)+旅游”人才的需求，大力進(jìn)行外語(yǔ)和旅游專業(yè)改革，積極開(kāi)拓與涉外企業(yè)、旅行社、酒店、游艇、高爾夫、景區(qū)等行業(yè)的合作，培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的應(yīng)用型外語(yǔ)人才。

Party Secretary Han Zhuchou started by delivering a welcoming speech to the visiting guests and a profile introduction of HNFLPE with regard to her history, faculty and facilities. He stated that the construction of Hainan International Traveling Island has blessed the college with significant development opportunities and that in order to meet the market demands for “foreign language and tourism” professionals, the College is taking bold steps to reform her programs concerning language study and tourism, and is actively expanding her cooperation with foreign-related enterprises, travel agencies, hotels and companies of yachts, golfs, etc., with a view to cultivate top-quality applied talents with language skills.

蘇樂(lè)珂先生在發(fā)言中對(duì)我院的發(fā)展和成就表示充分肯定和贊許，并表示希望能夠與我院在康體康健領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行交流，增進(jìn)了解，加強(qiáng)合作，建立互惠互利的合作關(guān)系。

Mr. Kirk Soileau thought highly of the development and achievement of HNFLPE. He also expressed his wish to establish cooperation with the college. He said that as a company committed to safeguarding public health, Global Health Management Corp. L.L.C. would like to increase understanding, strengthen cooperation and establish mutually beneficial cooperation with HNFLPE.

隨后，袁陵南院長(zhǎng)同蘇樂(lè)珂先生就加強(qiáng)護(hù)理、醫(yī)療、保健等領(lǐng)域的合作辦學(xué)進(jìn)行了深入交流和探討。袁陵南院長(zhǎng)認(rèn)為，康體康健市場(chǎng)在海南仍處起步階段，雙方開(kāi)展相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的合作辦學(xué)具有重要意義。

President Yuan Lingnan had an in-depth discussion with Mr. Kirk Soileau, and exchanged ideas on promoting further cooperation on nursing, medical care, and health care etc.. President Yuan Lingnan said that health care market in Hainan Province is still in its beginning stage, it is significant for HNFLPE and Global Health Management Corp. L.L.C. to cooperate and share a common interest.

最后，我院同教育部中國(guó)教育國(guó)際交流協(xié)會(huì)綜合項(xiàng)目部及美國(guó)環(huán)球健康管理有限責(zé)任公司就合作開(kāi)發(fā)康健療養(yǎng)中心、組織雙方人員互訪交流與培訓(xùn)、合作開(kāi)展學(xué)生培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)、互相引薦學(xué)生和建立友好合作關(guān)系等事項(xiàng)達(dá)成了共識(shí)，并簽訂合作意向書(shū)。

At the end of meeting, President Yuan Lingnan and Mr. Kirk Soileau, Mr. Zheng Xiaoyong signed the cooperation letter of intent respectively. According to the letter of intent, both sides will establish friendly relations of cooperation and carry out a series of Cooperation Projects, including to develop a Health and Relaxation Center, which will also be HNFLPE students’ training center and internship center; to arrange experts to teach students special skills and techniques on health; to assist HNFLPE with designing projects and relevant majors of cultivating students; to conduct students’ English training and so on.
