6月1日下午，我院“十二五”規(guī)劃編制工作會(huì)議在辦公樓二樓會(huì)議室召開(kāi)。會(huì)議由學(xué)院黨委書(shū)記韓祝疇主持，袁陵南院長(zhǎng)、陳禮民副院長(zhǎng)、莫運(yùn)深副院長(zhǎng)及各處室、各系部主要負(fù)責(zé)人參加會(huì)議。
    On 1st June, the Working Conference on Twelfth Five-Year Plan of HNFLPE was held in the assembly room of the Office Building. The College’s Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Committee, Mr. Han Zhuchou presided over the Conference. College’s President, Mrs. Yuan Lingnan, College’s Vice President, Mr. Chen Limin and Mr. Mo Yunshen, the chief executive officers from all Departments and Offices attended the Conference.
    各部門(mén)主要負(fù)責(zé)人首先結(jié)合實(shí)際，圍繞我院“十二五”發(fā)展提出各自意見(jiàn)和建議。剛剛結(jié)束企業(yè)調(diào)研工作的西語(yǔ)系負(fù)責(zé)人李詩(shī)鈺結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果，建議在“十二五”期間西語(yǔ)系、東語(yǔ)系要大力推行“第二外語(yǔ)”教學(xué)。非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生除了學(xué)好專業(yè)語(yǔ)種外，還要加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)，要掌握基本的英語(yǔ)會(huì)話。李詩(shī)鈺同時(shí)建議“2+1”或“2+0.5”人才模式中半年至一年的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間，可以根據(jù)用人單位和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求靈活安排，不必所有學(xué)生都是在最后半年或一年安排實(shí)習(xí)。隨后，公共教學(xué)部、東語(yǔ)系、社科部和英語(yǔ)系負(fù)責(zé)人也紛紛針對(duì)“十二五”期間的教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、學(xué)生管理和教學(xué)質(zhì)量等提出建議和意見(jiàn)。
    In the Conference, the chief officers from the Department of Public Instructions, Department of Eastern Languages, Department of Social Sciences and English Department expounded their own viewpoints and suggestions on Twelfth Five-Year Plan of HNFLVC in combination with the Departments’ facts.
The Director of the Department of Western Languages, Mr. Li Shiyu, who had just completed a survey on several enterprises in Haikou and Sanya, suggested that the “second language” teaching mode should be practiced largely in the Twelfth Five-Year period. Namely the non-English major students should strengthen their English study and master the Basic English speaking competence as well as a good command of the major language.
    He also figured that the time schedules of the post-practice involved in the talent-cultivation mechanism of “2+1” or “2+0.5” would be adjusted according to the demands of the enterprises and job market.
    在聽(tīng)取各系部負(fù)責(zé)人意見(jiàn)后，袁陵南院長(zhǎng)接著強(qiáng)調(diào)：“十二五”是我院非常關(guān)鍵的發(fā)展時(shí)期，作為外語(yǔ)類高職，我們要做好“外”字文章，打造外語(yǔ)品牌。外語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)要強(qiáng)調(diào)第二外語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生除了學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)語(yǔ)種外，還必須學(xué)習(xí)第二外語(yǔ)，使學(xué)生具備更加廣泛的外語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力和就業(yè)空間。要大力進(jìn)行課程改革，根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和社會(huì)需求來(lái)培養(yǎng)人才。同時(shí)，要認(rèn)真做好評(píng)估整改工作，不僅要進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，而且還要加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的教育管理。
    The college’s President, Mrs. Yuan Lingnan made a summary speech for the Conference. She stated that the Twelfth Five-Year is the critical period for college’s development. As a vocational college of foreign languages, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of HNFLPE should focus on the ‘foreign language’ and create a brand name. The training of foreign talents will pay great emphasis on the study of ‘second language’, as to improve students’ language application ability and help them to seize more employment opportunities.
    President Yuan Lingnan also emphasized that a stronger curriculum reforms should be carried out and cultivate the talents under the demands of job market and society. Meanwhile, the rectification measures are to be implemented to improve teaching quality and enhance the student management.
    在會(huì)上，陳禮民副院長(zhǎng)針對(duì)各系部普遍關(guān)心的“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”問(wèn)題，提出現(xiàn)有的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)模式并非是一成不變的，可考慮根據(jù)用人單位和市場(chǎng)的需求靈活安排學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)間，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力和職業(yè)技能，真正做到“工學(xué)結(jié)合”。
    In view of the post-practice situation, College’s Vice President Mr. Chen Limin expressed that the mechanism of post-practice was not changeless; the time schedules for students to practice in enterprises may be arranged according to actual needs. At the same time, HNFLPC should take a road to combine work with study to cultivate students’ practical skills and vocational skills.
    最后，韓祝疇書(shū)記和莫運(yùn)深副院長(zhǎng)分別就《海南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》提出修改意見(jiàn)。會(huì)議還通報(bào)了學(xué)院?jiǎn)?dòng)“十二五”規(guī)劃編制工作以來(lái)的工作進(jìn)展情況，同時(shí)對(duì)各處室和系部下一步編制“十二五”規(guī)劃工作提出具體要求。
    Finally, College’s Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Committee, Mr. Han Zhuchou and College’s Vice President, Mr. Mo Yunshen made suggestions for revision on Outline for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of the Hainan Foreign Language College of Professional Education.
    The information on the progress of compilation work for the Twelfth Five-year Plan was informed in the Conference, and requests for further work on Plan’s compilation was also given clearly in the Conference to different offices and departments.
